Returns Policy

Return Policy: All Sales Final. Refunds are in the form of exchange for Defective Merchandise only and must be pre-arranged with our company before item can be returned. All Items are hand-inspected by us and are sold in Brand New Excellent Condition.

We take care to offer items exactly as they are represented in our listings. In the event of a defective item, we offer Equivalent Exchange. Buyer must contact us within 3 Days of Item Receipt. Items must be in brand new and un-opened, un-used condition or we cannot credit you for them.

We now take CREDIT CARDS and PAYPAL directly from our handy automated 24 hour check-out!

• Purchases are automatically combined as you shop so you can save money on shipping. An automated email is sent to you after each item is putchases in order to keep a running total or your combined order total.

• Please feel free to continue purchasing anything else you may need and when you are done shopping, use the final email from us to checkout with combined and discounted shipping for you. • Order Processing Time: Most Orders are Shipping within 2-4 business days of payment receipt. In order to keep our pricing very affordable, we have a very small staff. Orders received during times of peak demand or with Custom Bodies, International Orders, and Large Reborning & Paint Supply Kits may take a little longer to process as we make our custom bodies by hand and also custom blend the unique reborning colors in our paint sets. Most shipments travel via USPS, however we do reserve the right to use UPS when appropriate for meeting our customers's shipping needs.

• International Orders: We welcome international orders. Please use Request Total From Seller when you are done shopping so we can personally combine your international order. We use affordable shipping methods that are reliable services. If a live tracking number is necessary for you, please alert us to this fact so we can figure the proper shipping rate to include this service

• We are not responsible for unexpected lags in parcel progress time to you due to random customs inspections. We are not responsible for your country's tarriff fees nor do we have any notion of what they may be. We cannot mark items as gifts or below their stated value. Thank You!
